FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Please arrive with an empty stomach or well digested, hydrated and preferably with a cotton shirt that cover the under arms since you will be activating & draining the lymph nodes during training. 

BE PUNCTUAL

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time of class.

To ensure a positive class experience, we recommend before booking a class, to read and sign the consent form at Penthouse Sports.

WHY PRIVATE TRAINING?
