She grew up playing beach volleyball and endured many sports related injuries, leading her to explore various healing modalities but it wasn't until 2015 when she discovered AeroYoga in Spain.  She finally corrected her own spine and everything she had studied over the past 25 years fit together like the faucets of a perfectly cut diamond which she systematically incorporates all under the umbrella called AeroYoga.

As a well-rounded, highly experienced naturopathy practitioner who blends physical, spiritual, and natural healing modalities, she has an extensive continuous education in the holistic health sciences that include energy healing and TCM.  With an E.U. certification in AeroYoga®, AeroPilates®, AeroFitness® and AeroMassage® she is now based in Vienna, Austria.
